great location but some missed opportunities

The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle. Our corner room offered fine views of the Bell Tower and the Uffizi from different angles. The lounge area was a relaxing spot anytime we needed a break. We enjoyed dining in local cafes recommended by the concierge, all good choices.

I really enjoyed its caring employees.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a moderate distance from a cathedral-flanked square. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel. The room was well-appointed and nicely furnished, with a private bathroom. The breakfasts were sensational and enjoyable with fresh juices.

The staff, from the front office to the porter, is exceptional. Full buffet breakfast of excellent quality. The location can't be more convenient to visit the entire center of Florence.

The modern decor and smart layout, especially in the library area, made it comfortable for me. The inviting spaces, complete with cozy armchairs and artistic touches, just felt so cute and thoughtfully designed for all guests.

More accessible seating in common areas would be great.

The staff was friendly, never failing to remember my name. The Superior Double Room was very comfortable with great amenities like Ferragamo toiletries and a reliable coffee maker. Enjoyed the thin crispy fries during breakfast, although a somewhat limited seating area could be improved. A quality experience!

Hotel has a strategic position, 40 steps (counted) from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent and polite staff available to our every request. Excellent room cleanliness, kind and polite cleaning lady. Breakfast with a wide choice. Also Fusion is excellent, with special appetizers.

1 hour of waiting to get the car back from the parking lot is abnormal as for me.

Great spot near Uffizi, but bathroom light was tricky to turn off.

The location is prime, just steps from major attractions. Staff assistance was excellent. They made our dinner reservations smoothly. The breakfast offered a great variety in a lovely library setting. Overall cleanliness was excellent and the atmosphere felt classy. Truly a nice experience 😊

Extraordinary position. Very polite staff. Unique common spaces and design.

Good breakfast, to improve the variety of hot salty and sweet dishes (there are no home made cakes). Some rooms overlook the street (crowded rather than busy with cars during the night), but of course bad manners of these people are not the fault of the hotel.
